Thanks to Faber’s new technology, you can now have complete safety in your cooking. PROTECH is a new smart system that, through wireless connectivity to the hood, allows you to have access to all the details happening around your kitchen. If something gets too hot or water starts overflowing, the PROTECH system triggers an alert signal through a warning sound after about 15 seconds. Then, the control panel on the hood provides you with all the information you need to return the conditions to the initial safe state.
Child Protection
The PROTECH safety system can even deal with issues beyond your control, such as the curiosity of your children! Children in the kitchen should always be supervised by an adult. However, when this is not possible, PROTECH comes to your aid. This system deactivates the gas stove when you are not present.
